Steve Landino

Oboe, English Horn, Beginning Bassoon

Troy – $30 per half hour

Practice makes perfect, but remember practicing can be fun. Have a positive attitude when you begin. It will make that time more productive.

Steve has studied oboe with Nancy Ambrose-King, professor at U of M, Brian Venture, retired of the DSO, and Dan Stolper, retired professor at MSU. As far as performance experience, Steve is currently performing with the North Oakland Concert Band. He has also been a past member of the Lake St. Clair Symphony, the Royal Oak Symphony, the Macomb Symphony, the Grosse Pointe Symphony, and the Rochester Symphony and Spectrum Orchestra. In smaller ensembles, he plays with the quintet Metroplex and is a past member of the Woodward Corridor Woodwind Quintet, and the Riverside Wind Trio.

Steve enjoys reed making, practicing, movies, and spending time with his family.
