Reuben has been playing violin since the age of 6, and Graduated from Wayne State University in May 2016 where he studied under Marian Tanau, the Executive director of the New Mexico Philharmonic and Violinist in the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Reuben has been a part of many orchestral and chamber ensembles through his involvement with Wayne State, the Civic Youth Ensembles, and the Dearborn Youth Symphony. He has played with the Grosse Pointe Symphony, and currently plays with the Macomb Symphony.
Books & Materials Needed
Every student will need to bring a spiral notebook and pencil to each lesson. Learning material will be based upon each student’s progress, but if you are a beginner, I suggest getting a copy of Suzuki Book 1. They will also need a metronome and a music stand for home.
